The works consisted of five phases over two floors
Office, restaurant and toilet fitting out.Strip out of existing partitions, ceilings, services, Kitchen complete, fixtures, fittings toilets and finishing’s from ground and first floors. Installation of new services including Heating, Air conditioning Plumbing, extract, lighting, power and data. Repairs to existing raised access floors, new demountable partitions, glass and plasterboard and Suspended ceilings. Fitting out toilets with new wall floor, ceilings and toilet cubical partitions and sanitary ware. Floor finishes and decorations throughout. Full kitchen with the assistance of Kitchen Installers in London and restaurant installation. Construction of a new training room and staff shower/changing area accommodations within the existing warehouse area.
