We reconfigured the existing lift shaft to suit new fire fighting lift and services riser. Construction of new toilet core through all floors. Raised access floors, suspended ceilings, replacement windows, replaster all existing walls, Mechanical and electrical installations including full air conditioning, fire alarms, access control, data containment and lighting conductor. New joinery including doors, frames, reception desk and wall cladding. New floor finishes and decorations completed the project. Also, with the professional guidance of the Adelaide underpining, they provide instructions on how to reinforce and stabilize house foundations or any existing structure in order to protect the property and prevent further damage.
