This project consisted of stripping out 18 existing bedrooms to a high quality West End hotel back to the structure and refitting to a high standard, including altering all the services, installing new air conditioning and installing new en-suites and secondary glazing to the 8th floor corridor. All materials had to be hoisted up the outside of the building and we had restricted working hours.
