On the ground floor a bespoke kitchen was fitted, a log burner in the adjoining main living room, an office and toilet and a garage.

The rear garden was landscaped, with access to the basement via a sleeper wall & stepped entrance with a terrace over. The front garden was block paved up to the garage and landscaped, with a new brick wall.
