Description of the works:
Refurbishment of Level 7 (15,000 sq feet) & 8 (30,000) sq feet: Strip out all existing partitions, ceilings, mechanical and electrical services, wall linings, floor screed and Joinery in entrance lobby’s. Install raised access floor, new mechanical and electrical services, plaster walls, suspended ceilings, lighting, skirtings, window boards, decorations, joinery wall coverings and carpet to entrance lobby’s. Access for materials and rubbish away, via goods hoist on gantry externally.
