A refurbishment of an existing Corney & Barrow basement wine bar

The basement area was completely stripped out back to the shell.
Landlord water proof works to the vaulted ceilings were carried out
Prior to the fit out works, which consisted of brick cleaning to the
exposed brick ceilings and walls, alterations to the existing drainage
to suit the new kitchen location.
New Mechanical & Electrical services throughout, areas
Of M/F suspended ceiling and plasterboard partitions.
Toilet area refurbished, Barasol ceiling detail to enclose the extract
duct work. new bar, back fittings and kitchen fit out, specialist polished plaster wall finish, hardwood timber flooring laid on a new DPM.
